Amazing Experience

We had an amazing workshop with Akemi, where we learned about the fascinating history of sushi and even got to make our own party sushi! 🍣
It was such an interactive session — we could ask as many questions as we wanted about sushi techniques, fishmongers, ingredients, and Japanese culture.
Absolutely 100% recommend this experience! 🙌

Amazing ramen class

A lovely intimate ramen cooking class. Our host Akemi was very friendly and knowledgable while running the class. We went through every stage of making a ramen and the end result was delicious. The cherry on top being a goodie bag to take home!

Thanks for the great time
